- You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
- This policy meets or exceeds EU mandatory 14-day withdrawal rights and US e-commerce industry standards.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following:
- Returned within the 30-day delivery window.
- Unused, undamaged, and in original, unopened packaging.
- Include all accessories, manuals, cables, and parts included in the original shipment.
- Free of scratches, stains, or signs of wear that affect resale.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Customized or personalized AI devices.
- Opened earphones, headphones, or in-ear wear (hygiene reasons).
- Items outside the 30-day return window.
- Items damaged by misuse, water, or unauthorized modification.
- Free gifts, promotional samples, or discounted clearance products.
4. Return Process

- Get RMA Approval: We will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2–3 business days.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the return address provided with the RMA number clearly marked.

5. Shipping & Fees
- Quality defects or shipping errors: We cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label.
- Customer’s change of mind: You are responsible for return shipping fees.
- No restocking fees are charged for eligible returns.
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.
- Refunds include the full product price; original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Processing time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or bank.
